Frame (a skeleton) of construction made out of seasoned (humidity: 18%) spruce beams 60 x 120 or 160 mm, four-side planned. Ground beams are pressure impregnated. The space between shaving (OSB) plates, which close beam construction from both sides, is filled mineral wool. Total thickness of outer wall – ca 280 mm.
The insulation of outer walls – with corrugated polystyrene plates, fixed by bonding bars.
Non-glue fixing of polystyrene plates to the OSB plates, covered additionally with wind-resisted foil, forms ventilating space. Moisture which reach under polystyrene plates is removed, the wall remains dry.

The roof construction:
rafters and other wooden beams (200 mm), seasoned and planned, prepared in accordance with plan, the roof foil, spruce boards.

Outside woodwork:
standard PVC windows, double glass K-1.1 W/w2K, frame k-1.4 Wm2K – built in. Window-sills made out of coated brass. Entrance door made out of PVC or wood, lacquered in the colour chosen by the customer.

The foundations, chimneys, instalations, additional (finishing) works – they are a task of investor.
